Testimonials
Copy Editing, Developmental Editing
Sophia's strength as an editor isn't limited to the actual nuts-and-bolts editing. She's incredibly efficient, yes, and has a clear knowledge of what she's doing, but what I found most valuable was her literary acumen.
One can tell that she's a writer herself, so I knew I could trust her to tell me what was what. She helped me get out of my own way, which is all one can really ask for from an editor.
Proofreading
Sophia joined us for several months as a freelance proofreader for Kate Spade, and from the moment she joined our team she hit the ground running. She was a careful, detail-oriented reader who filtered through a crucial understanding of our company’s editorial style. Aside from that, Sophia was a pleasure to work in every way – she was positive, respectful, kind, and always asked for feedback to make her work better. If Sophia came back I’d hire her in a heartbeat!
Website Editing, Copywriting
Sophia's precision and breadth of knowledge make her my go-to resource for every project. She is able to provide thorough reasoning to support her editorial arguments, making it a pleasure to learn from and work with her.
From developing the proper tone to making sure our grammatical style is consistent across a range of pages and documents, I trust Sophia as a member of the team when launching new products.
Copy Editing, Copywriting
I've recently founded a luxury e-commerce platform, B Fatale. Sophia's editorial work helped define our brand voice in its earliest days. She organized all of my thoughts into precise language that reflected the company culture: clean and glamorous.
I highly recommend Sophia for all your copyediting and copywriting needs. Her diligence, attention to detail, and enthusiasm make her a pleasure to work with.
Copy Editing, Copywriting
Over the years, I've come to Sophia for a variety of editing and writing needs across several of my projects. Sophia excels in productivity, as she works efficiently, completes assignments well within the agreed upon deadline, and offers her assistance whenever she has downtime. I've enjoyed collaborating with Sophia, and I trust her to bring my ideas to life. I highly recommend Sophia to anyone or any organization looking for a stellar editor or writer.
